So as per one of our specialities, we are emphasizing on replacing the man-power shortage problem with our solution namely “automatic bobbin sorter”. As the name justifies itself the machine will be sorting the bobbin of different colours automatically without any help of man power in the process. We can sort 4+1 number of colours at the same time with having unlimited combinations of the colours available in the world.
This revolutionary machine will replace the conventional way of sorting the bobbins coming out of the auto-conner machines in spinning industries with an amazing cycle time of less then 1.5 sec per bobbin. This machine will help the man power to utilize the full time into their respective on-going work on any machine without much interruptions made in the process which they are deployed for.
